About us and this agreement
Atlas Learn is a trading name of LLUME SOLUTIONS LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16085395. Our registered office and correspondence address is 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact us at hello@atlaslearn.io.
These terms cover atlaslearn.io and all our courses. The course description and purchase information form part of your agreement, including the price, access period, materials, features, support and cancellation arrangements.
Course-specific terms take priority only on the subject they expressly address. Nothing in this agreement reduces mandatory consumer rights.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into the agreement and meet any stated course prerequisites. If booking for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it.
Provide accurate booking information and keep your account details up to date. Keep passwords secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
Accounts are for individual learners and must not be shared. You are not automatically responsible for unauthorised activity.
Fees and booking confirmation
Course purchases covered by these terms are one-time purchases. The checkout shows the currency, total price, applicable taxes, additional charges and available payment methods before you commit.
An order acknowledgement is not necessarily acceptance. We confirm acceptance and the agreed purchase details by email. If we cannot accept the order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
If a price is incorrect, we will ask you to agree the correct price or cancel and refund the order.
Equipment and software
You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and any equipment or software requirements disclosed before purchase.
Third-party tools or subscriptions are included only where expressly stated. Any required separate accounts and costs must be disclosed before purchase.
We remain responsible for delivering your course when using a third-party hosting platform.
Cancellation and refunds
Consumers buying online normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason, subject to lawful exceptions. The period may be extended if required cancellation information has not been supplied.
To cancel, email hello@atlaslearn.io or write to our correspondence address. Give a clear statement of your decision and enough information to identify your order.
You may use this wording, but do not have to: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for [course], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Add your signature if sending a paper notice.
Where a cancellation refund is due, we will pay it without undue delay and within the statutory deadline, normally within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and charge no refund fee. Any lawful deduction will be explained.
Any advertised refund guarantee applies in addition to statutory rights.
Quality and your statutory rights
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for a particular purpose made known to us and agreed before purchase. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill.
Contact us if content is faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed. Depending on the issue, statutory remedies may include repair or replacement, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund.
These remedies, and any statutory rights for damage caused by defective digital content, remain available after a change-of-mind cancellation right has ended.
Course materials and permitted use
We or our licensors own the website content and course materials.
The named learner receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the materials for learning during the agreed access period. Materials offered for download may be downloaded for that purpose.
Do not redistribute, resell, publicly upload or commercially exploit materials without permission. Do not copy or record content beyond what the licence or law permits. Broader permissions expressly supplied with a resource remain valid, and you retain rights in your own original work.
Conduct and account restrictions
Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the platform, introduce malicious software, harass others or use our services unlawfully.
We may proportionately restrict access to address a breach or security threat. Unless urgent action is necessary, we will explain the issue and, where practicable, allow an opportunity to resolve it before termination. Any refund legally due remains payable.
Updates and availability
We may correct or improve materials and change hosting platforms without reducing the content, features or access rights agreed at purchase.
Maintenance or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access. We will take reasonable steps to restore it and communicate material interruptions.
If we cannot provide a significant part of what was agreed, we will discuss an appropriate solution, including any refund or other remedy required by law.
Learning outcomes and certificates
We do not guarantee employment, income, commercial success or particular professional outcomes.
Any certificate, assessment or accreditation is included only where stated for the course. Check AI-generated outputs before relying on them and obtain professional advice where appropriate.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence or both parties knew it could happen when the contract was made.
If you buy wholly or mainly for your trade, business, craft or profession, you are a business customer. Subject to the exceptions above and applicable law, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the fees paid or payable for it.
For business customers, we exclude loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings and indirect or consequential loss to the extent lawful and reasonable. These limits do not reduce any refund legally due.
Privacy and cookies
See our Privacy Policy for personal information and cookie practices. Agreeing to these terms does not provide consent to marketing or non-essential tracking.
Changes to these terms
The version agreed at purchase applies to your contract. Keep a copy with your purchase confirmation.
We may publish dated revisions for future purchases. A new version does not automatically change existing contracts or reduce accrued rights. We will communicate material changes affecting an existing purchase and obtain agreement where required.
Complaints and governing law
Send complaints to the contact details above, including your order reference and the outcome you seek.
If a complaint remains unresolved, we will provide any alternative dispute resolution information required by law, including whether we are obliged or willing to participate.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers keep any applicable mandatory protections of their country of residence and may use any court available under applicable law, including their home courts where permitted. Arbitration is not compulsory.
Self-paced courses
Access and materials
Access begins and ends as stated at purchase. Lifetime access is included only if expressly advertised.
We send access instructions to the address supplied with your order. Contact us if they do not arrive or do not work.
Early digital delivery and cancellation
Digital content may be supplied during the consumer cancellation period only after you expressly consent to early supply and acknowledge that you lose your statutory cancellation right once supply begins.
That choice must be separate from general agreement to terms and must not be pre-selected. We must confirm the consent and acknowledgement in a durable form, such as email.
Without the required consent and acknowledgement, supply must wait until the cancellation period ends.
Live workshops
Attendance and delivery
Attend at the date, time and location stated in your booking. Follow online joining instructions or reasonable venue and safety instructions, as applicable.
Recordings, transfers and catch-up sessions are included only where stated.
If we change or cancel a workshop, we will explain the available arrangements and any refund due.
Teaching during the cancellation period
Where a consumer cancellation right applies, teaching may begin within that period at your express request. If you then cancel, a proportionate charge for teaching already provided may apply where the legal conditions are met.
The right to cancel is lost on full performance only where the required prior express request and acknowledgement have been obtained. Any lawful exception must be explained before purchase.
Cohort programmes
Programme schedule and access
Recordings, catch-up options, transfers and deferrals are included only where stated in the programme booking information.
The live-workshop rules on early teaching apply to live services within a cohort. Early access to recorded digital content requires the separate digital-delivery consent and acknowledgement described above.
Bespoke team training
Scope and booking arrangements
The agreed proposal or booking document sets out the scope, participants, delivery arrangements, fees, payment timing, preparation requirements and cancellation or rescheduling terms.
Changes to scope, dates or fees require agreement. Internal sharing of materials is permitted only to the extent expressly licensed.
