What you'll build
Build real, operational tools during the sprint that belong to your institution.
01Multi-channel campaign workflows
Turn a single program update into email copy, social media posts, agent flyers, and landing page text. Use your existing data to generate everything in your institutional voice without writing the same information four times.
02Partner intelligence pipeline
Target any recruitment agent or feeder school to receive an instant meeting brief. Know their placement history, core priorities, and exact conversation starters in minutes rather than spending hours researching across open tabs.
03Admissions response templates
Handle daily incoming student inquiries accurately and in your exact tone. Automatically screen candidates, flag high-priority cases for staff review, and draft ready-to-approve responses for the rest.
04Team rollout playbook
Walk away with an actionable plan for your department on Monday. Receive pre-built prompt blueprints, pipeline templates, and clear guidelines on which tasks run automatically and which require human approval.
Course outcomes & benefits

Capacity without another headcount
The campaign work, the partner research and the inquiry queue stop consuming your team's week. That capacity goes back into the recruitment activity that actually moves enrolment, which is the argument you make at budget time.

Move on partners while they are still warm
Agent and feeder school briefs in minutes rather than days changes how many conversations your team can start in a cycle. Pipeline speed is the part of B2B recruitment that compounds.

Answer applicants at the speed they expect
The gap between an inquiry and a good reply is where candidates go quiet. Closing it with templates that still sound like your institution protects both conversion and the brand you spent years building.

Be the leader who shipped it
Most institutions are still commissioning an AI strategy. Walking out with working automations and a rollout playbook puts you a year ahead of that conversation, and puts your name on the change.
Why Automate Education Marketing & Admissions
Education marketing and admissions teams are not short of AI enthusiasm. They are short of anything actually running. The strategy deck exists, the pilot was approved, and the campaign copy is still being written by hand at eleven at night in September.
This sprint skips the deck. You bring your own program data, your agent list and your inquiry backlog, and across four hours you build the three workflows that take the most out of your week: campaigns generated from what you already hold, partner briefs returned in minutes, and an admissions front door that answers accurately in your institution’s voice.
The last block is the one that makes it stick. You write the rollout playbook for your directors, decide which Claude tool belongs on which task, and agree what an agent may do without a person checking it first. You leave with the workflows running and the plan for Monday already written.
How your half day breaks down
Every block below is exactly what happens and how long it takes. No filler, no guessing where the time goes.
- 30 min
Pick the two workflows worth automating first
Mapping where your department actually loses hours across marketing, partner recruitment and admissions, then cutting the list down to what can be built and running before you log off. The blocks that follow work on your choices, not a sample institution.
- 55 min
Build the marketing automation
Taking real program data and campus updates and turning them into a workflow that produces a full multi-channel campaign on demand. Written to your voice guidelines, run twice in the room, and corrected until the output is what you would have signed off.
- 15 min
Break
Stretch, and a look at what the other institutions in the room have running.
- 55 min
Set up partner intelligence
The profiling pipeline for recruitment agents and feeder schools: what goes in, what a useful brief contains, and how to keep it accurate. We run it live against real partners on your target list.
- 45 min
Automate the admissions front door
Inquiry response templates and candidate triage, built against your own FAQs and entry requirements. Where the line sits between a drafted reply and a sent one, and how to keep an audit trail your registrar will accept.
- 40 min
Write the rollout playbook
Turning what you built into something your directors can run without you: the blueprints written down, the tools chosen per task, and the governance line agreed. You leave with the document, not with an action to write one.

How this course sticks

Start with your workflow
We start with your actual workflow, not a generic curriculum: the tools you already use, the tasks that eat your week, and where AI genuinely earns its keep.

Learn by building
Every concept is taught against a real task, not a toy example. No prior technical experience is assumed. You'll be working with AI assistants and everyday tools from the first exercise.

Keep judgement in the loop
Before anything runs unattended: what to delegate to AI, what stays with a person, and how to tell the difference, so speed never comes at the cost of control.

Leave with working output
You'll finish with the thing itself (a template, an automation, a workflow) rather than notes about one. Everything is built to be pointed at your own work the same day.

What students say
The best part of the workshop was realising that AI can actually take a task off your plate entirely. I left feeling confident that I finally have a practical way to use AI in my day-to-day work, not just theory or hype.

Before you book
What do I need before I start?
A laptop and a Claude account. No coding background is assumed unless the course level says otherwise, and any course needing a particular tool or subscription says so in its own questions below. The "Is this for you?" section above is deliberately blunt about who a course does not suit.
Does the course stay current as Claude changes?
Yes. These tools move quickly, so courses are revised as Claude changes. You keep access to the updated material at no extra cost, and we email you when a course you own has been updated.
What if I get stuck?
Email hello@atlaslearn.io and a person will answer, normally within two working days. Questions about the course material are part of what you paid for rather than an extra.
Can you run this for my whole team?
Yes. Every course here can be run privately for a team, in person or online, and tailored to the work your team actually does. Email hello@atlaslearn.io with roughly how many people and what you want them to be able to do afterwards.
Do I need any technical background?
None. The sprint is designed for non-technical leadership and senior managers, and nothing in it asks you to write code or install developer tooling. If you can run a campaign brief and a spreadsheet, you can build every workflow on the day.
What should I bring?
Real material, because you are building against your own institution rather than a case study. Bring program pages or a prospectus, a list of recruitment agents or feeder schools you want profiled, and a handful of recent student inquiries with the replies you sent. You also need a paid Claude plan. We send the full list a week ahead and open the room from 08:45 ET.
Is our applicant data safe to use in the session?
Use anonymised or sample inquiries on the day. The workflows are built on structure and voice rather than on any individual record, so nothing you build depends on real applicant details. We cover where your institution's data governance line should sit before anything runs unsupervised, which is the block most attendees say they needed.
The session is in Eastern Time. What does that mean where I am?
09:00 to 13:00 ET, which is 06:00 in California and 14:00 in the UK. If that does not work, email hello@atlaslearn.io: we schedule by demand and will tell you what else is coming.
What if I cannot make the date I booked?
Tell us at least 14 days before and we will move you to a later cohort at no cost, or refund you in full. Inside 14 days we can transfer your seat to a colleague.
Is the session recorded?
No. These are working sessions rather than lectures, and the room is on live deals and real accounts all day, so nothing is filmed. You keep every exercise, prompt and template used on the day.
How does payment and invoicing work?
The price shown is the total you pay, with UK VAT included and nothing added at checkout. You will get a receipt as soon as you book, and we can raise a full VAT invoice on request, normally within one working day. If you would rather your company was billed directly, or your finance team needs a purchase order number or particular wording on the invoice, email hello@atlaslearn.io before you book.
Not the right date?
Leave your email and we will tell you as soon as the next cohort is scheduled, along with the occasional note on doing real work with AI.
