What you'll build

Not notes about the work. The work itself, built as you go and yours to keep.

  1. 01

    One recurring task, handed over

The job you do every week, briefed properly and worked through by Cowork while you watch, then corrected until what comes back is what you would have sent.

  2. 02

A workspace you can trust it in

M365, Excel, Outlook, Google and Gmail connected, scoped to the folder Cowork may see, with the line drawn between what it does alone and what returns to you first.

  3. 03

    A reusable Cowork skill

Your process written down as something Cowork repeats and runs on a schedule, so the second time costs you a sentence rather than a morning.

  4. 04

    Output you would actually send

A deck, a doc or a visual finished to the standard you put your name on, with none of the tells that give an agent away.

Course outcomes & benefits

Trade admin hours for the work that gets noticed

The recurring task you hand over on the day stops being yours. What fills the gap is the judgement work nobody can delegate, which is what your next review is actually written about.

Output that holds up in front of leadership

Decks, docs and visuals that look like you made them, not like they came out of a prompt box. Cowork handles the structure and you keep the taste, which is the half that carries your name.

Brief an agent the way you would a new hire

Describing an outcome precisely enough to be delegated is management practice, and it reads that way to the people above you. It also transfers to every tool your organisation adopts next.

The standing to bring this to your team

Cowork running against M365, Excel, Outlook, Google and Gmail on real work, with a clear line on what runs unsupervised. Having done it once is what gets you trusted to roll it out wider.

Why Claude Cowork for Ambitious Professionals

A working morning for people who have already found the limit of asking Claude one question at a time.

Cowork is different in one specific way: you describe an outcome rather than a step, and it plans the work, does it across your real files, and hands back something finished. That changes what is worth delegating. The weekly report, the client update, the folder of documents nobody has had time to go through: all of it becomes work you set up once rather than work you do again.

So this is not a tour of the product. You bring one task you genuinely repeat, and you leave with it handed over and running on a schedule. The part that takes the longest is not the setup, it is deciding what Cowork may do without asking you first, and that is where most of the morning goes.

How your half day breaks down

Every block below is exactly what happens and how long it takes. No filler, no guessing where the time goes.

How this course sticks

  1. Start with your workflow

We start with your actual workflow, not a generic curriculum: the tools you already use, the tasks that eat your week, and where AI genuinely earns its keep.

  2. Learn by building

Every concept is taught against a real task, not a toy example. No prior technical experience is assumed. You'll be working with AI assistants and everyday tools from the first exercise.

  3. Keep judgement in the loop

Before anything runs unattended: what to delegate to AI, what stays with a person, and how to tell the difference, so speed never comes at the cost of control.

  4. Leave with working output

You'll finish with the thing itself (a template, an automation, a workflow) rather than notes about one. Everything is built to be pointed at your own work the same day.

What students say

  • The best part of the workshop was realising that AI can actually take a task off your plate entirely. I left feeling confident that I finally have a practical way to use AI in my day-to-day work, not just theory or hype.

    Aishwarya Banerjee

    Business Consultant

  • The vibe coding workshop was amazing regardless of the different tech levels of everyone. It delivered an amazing amount of valuable and practical knowledge.

Before you book

What do I need before I start?

A laptop and a Claude account. No coding background is assumed unless the course level says otherwise, and any course needing a particular tool or subscription says so in its own questions below. The "Is this for you?" section above is deliberately blunt about who a course does not suit.

Does the course stay current as Claude changes?

Yes. These tools move quickly, so courses are revised as Claude changes. You keep access to the updated material at no extra cost, and we email you when a course you own has been updated.

What if I get stuck?

Email hello@atlaslearn.io and a person will answer, normally within two working days. Questions about the course material are part of what you paid for rather than an extra.

Can you run this for my whole team?

Yes. Every course here can be run privately for a team, in person or online, and tailored to the work your team actually does. Email hello@atlaslearn.io with roughly how many people and what you want them to be able to do afterwards.

What do I need installed before the morning starts?

Claude Cowork, which runs on a paid Claude plan and needs macOS on Apple Silicon or Windows. We send setup instructions a week ahead and open the room from 08:45 ET if you would rather do it with someone watching. Bring a real task and the files it uses.

The session is in Eastern Time. What does that mean where I am?

09:00 to 13:15 ET, which is 06:00 in California and 14:00 in the UK. If that does not work, email hello@atlaslearn.io: we schedule by demand and will tell you what else is coming.

Is this the same thing as Claude Code?

Same engine, no terminal. Cowork puts the agent that powers Claude Code into a desktop app built for people doing non-coding work, so it reads and writes your actual files and connects to the tools you already use. Nothing in the morning asks you to write code.

What if I cannot make the date I booked?

Tell us at least 14 days before and we will move you to a later cohort at no cost, or refund you in full. Inside 14 days we can transfer your seat to a colleague.

Is the session recorded?

No. These are working sessions rather than lectures, and the room is on live deals and real accounts all day, so nothing is filmed. You keep every exercise, prompt and template used on the day.

How does payment and invoicing work?

The price shown is the total you pay, with UK VAT included and nothing added at checkout. You will get a receipt as soon as you book, and we can raise a full VAT invoice on request, normally within one working day. If you would rather your company was billed directly, or your finance team needs a purchase order number or particular wording on the invoice, email hello@atlaslearn.io before you book.

Not the right date?

Leave your email and we will tell you as soon as the next cohort is scheduled, along with the occasional note on doing real work with AI.

Giving us your email means you agree to our privacy policy. We use it to tell you about key dates and insights.
