What you'll build
Not notes about the work. The work itself, built as you go and yours to keep.
01An enrichment and scoring step
A name and a work email arrive as a company, a headcount, a role and a first ICP fit score, before a rep has opened anything.
02A qualification flow
Claude and Zapier asking the questions a rep needs answered, reading what comes back, and moving each lead's score as it learns.
03Routing rules reps trust
Sales-ready leads handed to the person who should own them with the score, the reasoning and the thread attached. The rest held back rather than dumped.
04The whole system, running
Every new inbound lead enriched, engaged, scored, qualified and routed end to end, on your own inbound, without you in the loop.
Course outcomes & benefits

Build the function, not just work the queue
Your ICP and qualification criteria written down once and applied the same way to every lead. Designing how a team qualifies is a different job from qualifying, and it is the one that gets promoted.

Coverage that is not capped by your own hours
A name and a work email arrive as a company, a headcount, a role and a fit score. Every lead gets worked properly, including the ones that used to arrive at 2am on a Sunday.

Pipeline you can attribute to something you built
Personalised replies that ask what a rep needs to know, read what comes back, and act on it. A number you can trace to a system you designed is the strongest internal case you can make.

The trust of the reps you hand leads to
Sales-ready leads routed to the right person carrying the score, the reasoning and the thread. Being the person who makes reps' numbers easier is how you earn a say in how the team runs.
Why Build an AI SDR Function
Inbound leads decay fast. The one that filled in your form at 09:00 on Tuesday is worth a fraction of that by Thursday, and most teams lose it to a queue rather than to a competitor: nobody had time to look the company up, work out whether it was a fit, and write back with something that deserved a reply.
An SDR function is what closes that gap, and this course builds one that runs without a person standing in it. Claude for the judgement, Apollo for the data, Zapier for the wiring, pointed at your own inbound.
You start by writing down what your team currently carries in its head: who a good customer actually looks like, what rules one out, and what a rep needs to know before they will give up half an hour for a call. That becomes the context every later step reads from. Then it is four builds. Enrichment, so a name and a work email arrive as a company, a role and a first fit score. A communication flow that asks the questions a good SDR would ask, reads the answers, and moves the score as it learns. Routing, so anything clearing your threshold lands with the right rep carrying the reasoning that got it there. Then the wiring that makes all of it happen again for the next lead, and the four hundredth.
What you finish with is not a prompt library. It is a function: something that works at 2am on a Sunday, treats every lead the way it treated the first one, and hands your reps a shorter list of better conversations.
What you’ll need
A Claude subscription, an Apollo account and a Zapier account, all of which can start on their free tiers. You also need somewhere inbound leads actually arrive, such as a form or a shared inbox, and a rough view of who your best customers are. That last one does not need to be polished before you start: Module 1 is largely about turning it into something a system can apply.
How your 2h breaks down
Every block below is exactly what happens and how long it takes. No filler, no guessing where the time goes.
- 10 min
The inbound AI SDR you'll build
Meeting the workflow you'll build: capturing inbound leads, enriching them, qualifying intent and automatically routing the best opportunities to sales.
- 20 min
Module 1: Setting up Claude for lead qualification
Getting Claude configured and connected to the right tools for SDR work (including Apollo), and building the ICP, qualification criteria and sales context everything else draws on.
- 25 min
Module 2: Enriching and scoring your leads
Analysing incoming leads, enriching company and contact data, then using Claude to initially score and prioritise based on ICP fit.
- 30 min
Module 3: Building the communication and qualification flow
Using Claude and Zapier to gather real data from real leads, personalise responses, ask qualification questions, interpret replies and progressively update each lead's score.
- 25 min
Module 4: Routing leads to the right salesperson
Defining qualification thresholds and routing rules, then automatically passing sales-ready leads to the right rep with the context they need.
- 10 min
Running it again for every inbound lead
Turning the build into a repeatable system, so every new lead is enriched, engaged, scored, qualified and routed automatically.
How this course sticks

Start with your workflow
We start with your actual workflow, not a generic curriculum: the tools you already use, the tasks that eat your week, and where AI genuinely earns its keep.

Learn by building
Every concept is taught against a real task, not a toy example. No prior technical experience is assumed. You'll be working with AI assistants and everyday tools from the first exercise.

Keep judgement in the loop
Before anything runs unattended: what to delegate to AI, what stays with a person, and how to tell the difference, so speed never comes at the cost of control.

Leave with working output
You'll finish with the thing itself (a template, an automation, a workflow) rather than notes about one. Everything is built to be pointed at your own work the same day.

What students say
The best part of the workshop was realising that AI can actually take a task off your plate entirely. I left feeling confident that I finally have a practical way to use AI in my day-to-day work, not just theory or hype.

Before you book
What do I need before I start?
A laptop and a Claude account. No coding background is assumed unless the course level says otherwise, and any course needing a particular tool or subscription says so in its own questions below.
Does the course stay current as Claude changes?
Yes. These tools move quickly, so courses are revised as Claude changes. You keep access to the updated material at no extra cost, and we email you when a course you own has been updated.
What if I get stuck?
Email hello@atlaslearn.io and a person will answer, normally within two working days. Questions about the course material are part of what you paid for rather than an extra.
Can you run this for my whole team?
Yes. Every course here can be run privately for a team, in person or online, and tailored to the work your team actually does. Email hello@atlaslearn.io with roughly how many people and what you want them to be able to do afterwards.
Will the tools cost me anything on top of the course?
Some. You need a Claude subscription, plus an Apollo account for enrichment and a Zapier account for the plumbing. Both have free tiers that are enough to build and test the workflow as taught, and the course tells you which limit you hit first. Pointing it at real inbound volume eventually means a paid plan on at least one of them, which is a decision you make once you have seen the thing work.
Do I need my own inbound leads to do this?
You need somewhere leads arrive, even if that is a form on a landing page. You can build and test against submissions you make yourself, and the course shows you how, but the modules are written to run on your own form, your own ICP and your own reps. If nothing is coming in yet, this is a course to take once it is.
Does this replace an SDR?
No, and it should not be sold internally as though it does. What it replaces is the first hour of every lead's life: the looking up, the chasing, the scoring, the tab-switching that a person does badly at volume and a system does the same way every time. The conversations that decide a deal still belong to a rep. The point of the build is that they get more of them.
Is Claude emailing my prospects unsupervised?
Only if you decide it should. Module 3 builds the communication flow with an approval step in it, so you read what goes out while you learn what it sounds like, and it shows you exactly where to remove that step once you trust it. Plenty of teams leave the approval in permanently for anything above a certain score, which is a legitimate way to run it.
What happens to the leads it doesn't qualify?
They are held, not discarded. The routing rules in Module 4 send anything below your threshold to a queue you can review rather than to nowhere, along with the reason it scored where it did. Getting this part wrong is how teams quietly lose good leads to a rule nobody remembers writing, so the course is deliberate about it.
How long do I keep access?
For as long as the course remains available, with no time limit from your side. Work through it at your own pace and come back whenever you need it, including after any updates. If a course is ever retired we will give you notice first.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. You get a certificate of completion when you finish, which you can share or attach to a training record.
What if it is not right for me?
If the course is not what you expected, email support@atlaslearn.io within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.
How does payment and invoicing work?
The price shown is the total you pay, with UK VAT included and nothing added at checkout. You will get a receipt as soon as you book, and we can raise a full VAT invoice on request, normally within one working day. If you would rather your company was billed directly, or your finance team needs a purchase order number or particular wording on the invoice, email hello@atlaslearn.io before you book.
